In the center of town sits a large square. The square is a place of meeting for great minds to discuss many of their ideas aswell as merchants, who try to bargain with the average civilian.
*This is basically a place to roleplay in the city square. It matters not what you are doing, (to some extent) just a place for a lose roleplay.*

Pang De had just arrived in Xu Chang and could not imagine the size of the city, It was marvelous. He went to a few shops bought some things. What he really wanted to do was meet some other officers of Wei.

Xiahou Dun spots Pang De. He walks over to him and confronts him.
Xiahou Dun "So...this is the revered general they call Pang De. The one who protected Tong Gate with his life. Hmph. I was expecting someone with more stature. Someone with more zeal. Not some little man walking through a market place buying goods. So tell me Pang De, what brings you to my cousin's capitol?"

Pang De knew of the man that approached him. Xiahou Dun was his name and was very skilled in war.
Pang De bowed Yes, My name is Pang De. I had decided to travel the Wei territories to more about the lands. Height has near to nothing in aid of battle. With my halberd by my side I will not lose.

Xiahou Dun smiled a faint smile.
"So...you are confident. That can be both a good thing and a hindrance, but right now Wei needs all the help we can get. This chaos just keeps growing. It is like a beast who needs fed. These people who crowd this forum feed it with hatred and lies. They spread rumors, lies, about cousin Cao Cao. They speak of how he is a tyrant, yet they know nothing of his vision, whether it is convoluted or not. Scoundrals, the lot of them. I just wish my cousin would return to Xu Chang. Without him, the people head these corrupt zealots words. They give in and become corrupt and hypocritical themselves. They know nothing, see nothing, or hear nothing of the truth. All they know is lies. They are brainwashed on frivilous principles. That is why I walk astray from politics. They tend to corrupt. Afterall, that is how we got in this situation of chaos in the first place. Hmph...politics are for the feeble minded. It is what you do on the battlefield that speaks, not these fools."
Xiahou Dun catches himself in the middle of his tangent.
"I am sorry, I did not mean to ramble."

Pang De stood there listening to Xiahou. What he said was harsh but true. To him politicians are just the people who start wars nothing else. The soldiers are blamed but it is the politician.
Well most people want everything. They do not want to take a chance. They do not want to lose. To gain you must lose first. Cao Cao may be aggressive but we know that he at least produces results. Unlike liu Bei who has the people trust and love. Problem is the people do not want war. It will not be long till Wei brings peace to the land.

Xiahou Dun rubs his chin.
"Sometimes people need false hope. That is what Liu Bei gives. Worst part is, it works. It gives people something to believe in and it rallys them to him. He is a revered leader amongst his people, but we can see through his ploy. As long as Liu Bei remains, this chaos will be stagnant.

I am surprised that he can get so many to follow him. I would believe that any leader who relies on peasant militia to do his work is not worth it. All that happens is that they will be slaughtered. Thinking that a change of pace should start Pang De thought of a new topic. What do you think our lord Cao Cao plans to do. We have two problems who first?

Xiahou Dun contemplates the question for awhile, then answers.
"My cousin seeks a land where neither emperor nor noble is needed. It is quite convoluted, I know, it almost seems like an anarchy. It is quite hard to understand. As for who we go after first, Cao Cao will strike Sun Jian hard first. If we can gain the east, then we can take down Liu Bei. Don't underestimate Bei, he may be hypocritical, but he can rally his people."

*Xu Huang walked into the city square with his pack in one hand and Harbinger slung on his back. 'I have been away from the cities a long time. Look how big it is.' Xu continued to walk around the city and inspect his new residence.*

Xiahou Dun spots the man he met in the Neutral area of China, the savage, Xu Huang. He walks up to the man and places his hand on Xu Huang's shoulder, almost startling him.
"Tch...If you are frightened with a little tap, then your confidence in battle will falter. Your men will falter with you. You have to do better than that. The man I spoke with called you a savage, though now I see no more than a mere cat. It seems my cousin must be blinded by his motives. Blind enough to mistake you for a warrior."

*Xu Huang doesn't immediatly face Xiahou Dun. Smiling at his own foolishness at being startled. Turning to face Xiahou Dun he keeps a grin.*
"It has been a long time since I have been in a major city. It a new place to me. The battlefield is as known to me as my sword. I have seen many 'suprises' in battle but have never faltered. Your cousins faith is not misplaced."

"Hmph...you take a horse out of its steppe and it squeals until you put it back I suppose. Xu Huang, what are your aspirations?"
Xiahou Dun now begins to put Xu Huang through a rigarous course of questions, to test his dexterity.

"As you have heard most people call me a barbarian cause of how much I value strength. So you would likely expect me to say to be the strongest I can be. While this is my highest goal it is not for myself. With enough power and skill with men one can serve his lord against rival kingdoms and bring peace."

Pang De did not recongnize the new man. It seemed Xiahou Dun did. To him that was good enough for his trust. Pang De walked towards him.
My name is Pang De, It is a pleasure to meet you.
