Located near the wall to the west in Xu Chang. There was a training camp for archery. What made this one unique was the fact that it was run by the locals and even the locals can practice archery. Mostly thought it is used by Pang De's archers. It was named this because he had in constructed. It was his personal training facility for all his units. You could usually find Pang De ouside helping out with the locals or his soliders.

Xiahou Dun inspects Pang De's longbow camp. He looks at mile upon mile of soldier shooting arrows at their targets. Dun can't but help to be awestruck at this sight. He walks up to Pang De and applauds the man.
"Pang De, never in my years have I seen such a sight of talent. You are truely one to be reckoned with."

Pang De had noticed Xiahou Dun gazing at his camp. He was glad that he herd good praise from him.
Why thankyou. You may be surprised to hear that a god amount of these people are civians of Xu Chang. They learn a lot from here. They also make up most of my recruits I get.

Xiahou Dun seems impressed.
"So, I finally have a leader amongst my ranks. You will find the people of Xu Chang are easily manipulated to think what you want. It may seem cruel to begin with, but unlike Liu Bei, we are able to keep our people in check.

Pang De did not care for the word manipulate ,but he just thinks it as another word for command.
These people are not being manipulated. In a way depending on how you look at it. The civilians that practice here feel a sense of companionship with me and the camp. It is like another home. These people find each other a family to one another. Which in turn makes it easier to have them join my forces.
(OOC: I got this idea relating it to ROTC in schools. Funny thing is it actually works.)

Xiahou Dun had to laugh at this nonsensical point.
"I do apologize, but general, this is a war whether you wish to call it that or not. There are many attrocities that plague a war, whether you wish to admit it or not. Those words you said are just kinder words for the word manipulate."

It is true that it is a war ,but to win wars you must think of all kinds of plans. Wei is prosperous because we have officers like Cao Cao ,Liu Bei ,and Sun Jian. What I mean is this. It is our variety that makes us strong.

Xiahou Dun once breaks into laughter.
"You speak nonsense. The sun must be getting to your head. I assure you Sun Jian and Liu Bei are not of Wei forces."

Yes not of Wei. We have officers that resemble them by there minds, actions, and mannerisms. We have the advantage because of this.

"Oh, now I see. You scarred me there for a second. I thought you were declaring an alliance. Surely we don't need such a frivilous institution with the likes of Liu Bei."

Pang De chuckled
We of Wei are not weak enough to need an alliance from anyone. It should be Shu begging for an alliance with us.

"Very True. Hmph...Liu Bei...such scumb. His view of the land is hypocritical. Just because he is a descendent of the king of Han Zhong, he believes he can walk all over this land like it belongs to him. He calls us evil, yet his virtue is foolish. He cares too much for the people. Remember Chang Ban? So many innocent lives lost because of him. He should have fought us instead of running away like a coward. I am rambling now. Prepare well Pang De, I believe we are in for one hell of a fight soon."
Xiahou Dun gives Pang De the honorary salute by clasping his hands and bowing. He then walks away leaving just Pang De and his soldiers.
